Dave Flanagan
Senior Project Worker, David Flanagan works for GMB ReachOut in the Lancashire and Merseyside areas of the Northwest, developing networks of Union Learning Representatives across these areas to assist in making colleagues aware of various learning opportnities that are available. Matt Bowe
Project Worker, Matt Bowe joined the GMB ReachOut team in July 2008 and works alongside Dave on the project covering Greater Manchester and Cheshire. Pete Callaghan
