St. Antony's Centre has been established for over 30 years delivering various community and work-based learning projects across the North West. The Centre requires the following members of staff to start in post with immediate effect:
Training Manager (f/t 35 hrs/wk)
The post holder will manage the Training Department and oversee the planning, administration and delivery of training activities and courses. Experience in delivering ICT and Skills for Life qualifications is essential and knowledge of curriculum development in other vocational areas and sectors is desirable. Candidates should hold a PGCE/Cert. Ed. alongside A1 Assessors Award or equivalent
Business Development Officer (f/t temp 9mths, 37.5 hrs/wk)
The successful candidate will support the Senior Management Team in its restructuring of the organisation, marketing and Centre services. The organisation aims to secure contracts to the value of £1 million+ within 18 months.
The role would suit someone experienced in business development/marketing or a recent graduate keen to develop their skills and experience. The role is offered for a period not exceeding 9 months, which may be extended subject to new funding being secured. Candidates should be educated to degree level in Business Management/Marketing/Development.
Salary: For either post is subject to experience
