Course Description

If you are looking for information and guidance whether you are in employment, or looking for a job, these drops in sessions will be ideal.

Employabiliity skills can be a great benefit when looking for a new job and we can offer advice on completing job applications and interview techniques amongst other things. These skills can also be very worthwhile to maintain employment by improving communication skills and ensuring you are an adaptable worker.

A good C.V is a way of selling yourself and letting employers know your skills as this is usually the first point of contact between you and an prospective employer. We can offer advice and assitance in writing a C.V to ensure that all relevant infomration has been included and we can even assist with word processing the finished document.  

These drop in sessions are free and open to anyone looking for advice and guidance. You may wish to talk to someone about enrolling on a course and our staff will be happy to assist and point you in the right direction.

Why not drop into one of our free sessions and see for yourself the support we can offer. The drop in sessions are at our ACT Centre in Accrington and run on Thursdays between 2pm and 4pm and Fridays between 9am and 12pm.
